• Detox Programme with Shopping List for the Health Food Store and the Market

• Below is the challenge schedule:

  • Review the Detox Programme Guidelines and Shopping List   
  • LAUNCH -When: Tuesday September 16, 2025, 6:30 - 7:30 pm (Jamaica Time)
  • Where: Via Zoom (meeting link and pass code will be sent to participants registered for the Advanced Detox package.  
  • The full detox programme and supporting documents will be emailed to all participants
  • Complete Shopping: September 17 - 22, 2025 (six days) 
  • Start Day 1 of the Detox Challenge with Fasting and Prayer: 
  • Group Consultation Via Zoom: Tuesday September 23, 2025, 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. (Jamaica time)
  • Fast (e.g., 5:00 am - 1:00 pm or for 24-hours - it is up to you)
  • Optional: You may have water and tea while fasting
  • Complete Your 10-Day Detox: Tuesday September 23 - October 2, 2025
  • Access Learning Modules in the Learning Platform for your lessons on detoxification, lymphatic system, the STRENGTH programme and much more....(All participants will have access to the learning modules)
  • Attend 2 Group Consultations (optional): Thursday, September 25th, and Tuesday September 30th, 2025, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm (Jamaica Time) via Zoom.  
  • Participate in a Virtual Testimonies/Assessment: Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 6:30 pm (Jamaica time - via Zoom). Join us as we review the end of detox process, share testimonies and discuss life after detox.
